How migrate backup data to remote tape library over IP network

Hi
I have a tape library in one DC and other DC doesn't. Let's DC A has tape library and DC B doesn't. I have requirement to migrate backup data from DC B TSM server to DC A Tape library. There is no fiber connection between two DC. But it has 10GB network connection. Can some expert help me to configure DC A tape library to DC B TSM server using IP network?
