Hi Hamdi, 

On the client, the directory /usr/openv/netbackup/logs/user_ops/dbext/logs/
must be writable by the Oracle user. 

Probably, someone removed the entire logs, user_ops or dbext directory. The 
complete pathname must exist. 

Or someone chown'd/chmod'd the ownership/permissions of this directory on the 
client.
