Ditto.   They have a great deal of technical depth.   In fact, a few 
years ago when a Legato version upgrade suddenly invalidated the barcode
reader on my Qualstar   (had to change an obscure setting _on the 
jukebox_)   they found the solution many, many days before Legato even 
responded.   They're attentive, but not too pushy.   Their media prices
aren't sterling, but not terrifically out of line.   I've
been working with them for 4 years at Dana-Farber and for 3 years before

that at Harvard Medical School.   They've been very good at 
understanding the difference between a corporate site and us, a much 
more academic site.   (I'm speaking for their crew here in Boston.)
