Hi Tran,

Please ensure that you have done this correctly - IP Addresses & fully
qualified host names in the hosts file of the Operating System. My
experience is that if we do not use fully qualified host names, it does give
this kind of error. In fact in all my initial installations, I faced the
same problem & resolved it the same way.

In a couple of poor networks, when it still did not communicated properly, I
have been using the host name & the fully qualified host names as aliases
while configuring the client. The aliases option is available under the
Preferences tab while configuring/editing a client's properties.
