What do you all use for Tape Management Systems?

In particular I'm looking for something to manage my offsite tape rotation.
I don't actually take the tapes offsite so I need to be able to give the
Operations staff a picklist or a way for them to generate one.  I know that
our MainFrame tapes are rotated offsite through a pick list printed each
day.  Just wondering if there was anything like this from a 3rd party for
Networker.  BTW I'm windows based.
