Hello,

We opened a case to Symantec at the end and from the logs file (OID
119,121 with Debug and Diagnostic level increased)

11/15/2009 11:19:26.108 [Debug] NB 51216 bmrd 119 PID:15094 TID:1 File ID:119
[No context] 5 [bmrd.cpp:HandleImportRequest()]  call_fd=9
11/15/2009 11:19:26.412 [Debug] NB 51216 bmrcommon 128 PID:15094 TID:1 File
ID:119 [No context] 1 [CBmrDb::updateDb()] Skipping Update of CConfig with Id =
16629 because object not 'dirty'.
11/15/2009 11:19:26.825 [Debug] NB 51216 bmrcommon 128 PID:15094 TID:1 File
ID:119 [No context] 1 [CBmrDb::deleteDb()] Failed SQL DELETE FROM
BmrDba.BMR_Config WHERE Id = '16629' with Message: [Sybase][ODBC
Driver][Adaptive Server Anywhere]Primary key for row in table 'BMR_Config' is
referenced by foreign key 'BMR_Cluster_Config_FKEY' in table 'BMR_Cluster'
11/15/2009 11:19:26.829 [Diagnostic] NB 51216 bmrcommon 128 PID:15094 TID:1
File ID:119 [No context] 1 V-128-21 [ImportCfg.cpp:ImportConfig()] unable to
move/delete config for client
11/15/2009 11:19:26.829 [Debug] NB 51216 bmrd 119 PID:15094 TID:1 File ID:119
[No context] 5 [bmrd.cpp:HandleImportRequest()]  exiting

The client is making the bundle.dat file and attempting to import this into the
master server. We are unable to import this bundle because we cannot replace
the current configuration for this client in the BMRDB.

That's what the log says above.. Delete the client from the BMR Hosts > clients
section. Then run another 1 folder or file backuk up to see if the BMR
bundle.dat file gets created and imported into the database to re-populate the
client.

That's worked for us

Best Regards

Liliana
