6.5.1 is the best bet and where applicable, raise a call with Symantec
for any help.

Im on 5.1 - seems the obvious choice for me. I know its new out, but
there again, so was 6.0 and look at the issues that came to light :-)

Either way, have a good design, good approach to the upgrade, visit the
symantec portal for help, updates, PDf's ect
