When I was installing NOM, I entered a new admin password, but it apparently

did not take. I tried following the instructions to change the password on
Windows and it says to open the Symantec Product Authentication Services
GUI, when I try to run the GUI from start programs, it just never starts. I

tried opening it from the command line and got an error that says:

<lots of information about ruvssatgui.bat and starting path
information..then at the end>

C:\Program Files\Veritas\Security\Authentication\bin>java
vrts.vss.gui.ui.Vssgui

'java' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
Operable program or batch file.

Any idea what it is trying to do or what might be wrong? NOM works just
fine, I just can't change the password...or do anything else I would have to
do at the authentication layer.
