Your tape drive vendor should be able to provide you with these.
But I found it best to go to sony.com to find the latest information on
firwware releases and the related st.conf settings.

Subject: [Veritas-bu] AIT-5 Solaris Settings
We're in the process of moving from AIT-3 HVD SCSI drives to AIT-5 Fibre drives
(Sepctralogic 64K library). Currently we run NBU 5.1 on Solaris 8 but will be
changing to NBU 6 on Solaris 10 (11/06).
Does anyone know the st.conf settings for AIT-5? I haven't been able to find
them so
far. I think I grabbed the ones we use for AIT-3 from the Media Manager
Configuration
documentation.
The defaults appear to be:
"SONY SDX-1100", "SONY SDX-1100", "CFGSONYSDX1100";
CFGSONYSDX1100 =
2,0x12,0,0x1865B,4,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0,120,120,3600,3600,3600,3600,3600;
I'm quite new to fibre tape drives.
Thanks,
