Folks,
This week, I've started having issues with my NDMP backups.
We're backing up a Mirapoint mail appliance via it's built-in 10/100MB
interface (Gig is here, so hopefully performance will improve shortly).
The backup is set to start at 1:00AM and has usually been running after
8:00AM (not unusual). I'll check in on it and see it running. Usually
by 9:000AM, I have this in the Details of the job (finishes with a
Status 99):
5/19/2006 8:40:40 AM - Error ndmpagent(pid=816)
ndmp_data_get_state_failed, status = 12 (NDMP_EOF_ERR)
5/19/2006 8:40:50 AM - end writing; write time: 07:39:16
NDMP backup failure(99)
All Log Entries show this for as well:
5/19/2006 1:01:35 AM calvin mail.longwood.edu Info
26097 Backup begin writing backup id mail.longwood.edu_1148014800,

5/19/2006 8:40:38 AM calvin mail.longwood.edu Error

I've googled for "Error 26097" with no results that are helpful. The
Veritas Support engine hasn't provided fruit as of yet.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Jason
