Morning
Must be having a bad week, as problems and issues now seem to be appearing.

On 2 SAN Media Servers, using SSO they are both reporting Event ID 168 which
states "RSM cannot manage library <device>. Failed to communicate with
device or obtain device setup information"

It always seems to be around 2:38am each morning.

I logged onto the servers locally, and of course under "Storage/Removable
Storage/Libraries it shows the 4 LTO3 Tape Drives".
As Netbackup controls the robot (from my understanding), is there a clean
way to remove these errors?

Thanks

Regards
