I see these all the time at a few busy shops I work at. I always thought it
was something to do with an incomplete entry in the jobs "database". They
don't seem to cause any problem, other than annoyance, and disappear after =
a
few days.

I haven't bothered to work out if there's any pattern, but I don't think
it's worth going to the effort of bouncing NetBackup to make them go away
(which doesn't always work anyhow, as far as I can tell).
