The answer is definitely no.  NetBackup DataCenter 3.4 will not even 
install on Solaris 10.  I tried it once when I was trying to get some old 
clients.  The install scripts fails because something it is looking for is 
not there in Solaris 10.

You should upgrade to a newer version of NetBackup as well as upgrading 
the OS.

The answer is no, it probably wont work.  The other thing is that 3.4 is 
no 
longer supported.  If you are going to reinstall why wouldnt you reinstall 
a 
more recent version?
