Note, once you write an LTO1 tape in and LTO2 drive, that tape cannot be
used again in the LTO1 drive.  You've got to use hcart1 & hcart2 media
designations and storage units with differing densities.

Usually, in a circumstance like this if you have let
NetBackup configure the drives using the wizard it
will pick a different media type for the new drives.
Not always, but often. Make sure that the new LTO2
drives are the same media type (hcart, hcart2, etc.)
as the LTO1 drives. You will probably find they are
not. Change them so they match the media type of the
old drives and you should be fine.
