I modified /etc/xinetd.d/bpcd and works for me.

# Service bpcd for NetBackup
service bpcd
{
        socket_type             = stream
        protocol                = tcp
        wait                    = no
        user                    = root
        server                  = /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/bpcd
        disable                 = no
        env         +=          LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.2.5
}
