You need to ask Veritas this.  How can anyone on a LISTSERV answer this
question?!?!?!  Assuming you were properly licensed for the 3.2 product
(which DID have licenses, I know, I've got 'em), then they should give you
appropriate license codes for 4.5.  They have actually changed with the
release of 4.5 MP6/FP6 over the original release of 4.5.  You'll have to dog
Veritas Licensing, they don't seem very sharp.

I am planning to upgrade netbackup from 3.2 to 4.5 and know i need to go =
to 3.4 first.
Question is, netbackup 3.2 doesn't have any licenses and 3.4 + does.

So as part of the upgrade process do I need to purchase licenses? Will =
it work as part of the upgrade? Will the licenses be free.
