Hello.

While I've not actually done the 3.2 upgrade, but we are prepping for
it.
With a review of the process with a Veritas on-site engineer he stated
you must.

Upgrade 3.2 to 3.4
Upgrade 3.4 to 4.5

The extra step is unfortunately needed.
