Your TCP/IP Stack on your master server is having problems. I was seeing =
those errors during heavy activitiy on my master server and the root cause =
ended up being an openview process that was taking up too many resources =
on my master server. Once those processes (the network monitoring portion =
and oracle database) my error 39s disappeared and they have not returned. =
So.. I'd check for other apps that might be running that could be sucking =
up your stack resources.

After trying to analyze the device configuration, we recieved a "Network =
protocol error [hostname]39", any ideas as to the problem causing this =
message?
