Status 96If the Master has a new hostname, this could be your problem. Try
deleting the free media, then reinventory the robot to add the media back
into Netbackup.

Subject: [Veritas-bu] Status 96
We recently moved to a new Netbackup 3.4.1 master. We have kept the old
media managers and just have them working with a new master. Now our backups
are failing with a status code 96, unable to allocate new media. I have
verified that the media is in fact in the robot and is assigned to the
proper pool. Is there something else I am missing? There are no valid images
on the tapes as the images are only kept for 1 month and these were last
used 2 months ago.
Any help pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated.
