[Veritas-bu] Can't execute Backups-Netbackup 3.4

I am running Netbackup Datacenter 3.4 and for the last 3 days, none of my
backups will kick off, not even manual backups.  I can restore, but no
backups.  I can't even generate logs.  Any ideas??
