Its Oracle 7.2.2 running on Solaris 2.6, the way we are backing it up is
via EBU. Actually, the EBU instance is on Oracle 7.3.4.
Since I sent this initially I've gotten a test instance of Oracle 7.2.2
to backup to my NBU 3.4 test server, I haven't had the DBA test restores
though. It finished successfully according to EBU and NetBackup,
however, I got an aweful lot of these:
EBU-7009: Sbtopen: Cannot connect to media manager
on 02/27/2001 08:28:04 [ 8227 : britopen ]
EBU-4304: Can not open Backup File Set "1132043a9bb96e" in mode 2 with
buffer si
ze 131072
on 02/27/2001 08:28:04 [ 8227 : britopen ]
Issuing Statement: ALTER TABLESPACE "SYSTEM" END BACKUP;
Statement processed.
Any thoughts on this?
Thanks much,
Ryan
