Windows 2000 is not supported with NetBackup 3.2, either
client or server.

 but, as long you don't install OTM (don't or your box will crash,
you've been warned), it *could* work (i said it could, ok). i used
to backup my win2k laptop with the NetBackup 3.2 client before
3.4 was available, and it worked. but your mileage may vary, try
at your own risk, blah blah - you get the picture ;-).

 needless to say, with 3.2 client, no win2k mount point support,
nor system state. just plain non busy or locked files backup.
