That's a very good question!  I'm looking for a way to audit NT 
clients.  With Unix clients, I can just copy over the bp.conf file, 
exclude/include files, and bpstart/bpend scripts.  With NT, the first two 
of these are in the registry...  So, now I know what keys to look for, I 
can write a script to export those keys and ship them back to me for 
auditing.  This is kind of the reverse of what I talked about the other day 
for UPDATING the registry:

1. Write a batch file that contains the commands below, and call it 
bpstart_notify.inventory.bat.
    (They're at the end of this email, since it's long.)
2. Push that file out to each NT client.
    (There are at least two ways in NBU to do this.)
3. Create a class called "inventory," and put every NT box in it.
4. Run the inventory class
5. Copy the resulting files back over to the master and audit them.
    (Again, there are two ways to do this in NBU.)

Pretty neat, huh?
