I used to use /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/admincmd/bpdbjobs -report until
I upgraded to NBU 3.2 almost two years ago. In this version I could
no more specify the interval via the .xbpmonrc file. I filed a bug
report and waited for some months until I gave up and implemented a
Perl script to dig in the jobs database and fetch the information the
hard way.
You can grab the script from
http://www.cpqd.com.br/~gustavo/software/nbujobs and give it a try.
I don't know if NBU 3.2 with the latest patches or 3.4 still suffer
from the same bpdbjobs problem. Check it out first and use the
*standard* way if you can.
Gustavo.
