For 6.1 Savegroup notification, it is
/bin/mail -s "[backups] servers's savegroup completion" backups

For 5.7,
/bin/mail -s "[BACKUPS] servers's savegroup completion" backups

RHEL6 has replaced mail with mailx it appears?
