nsrmm -o notrecyclable volume

Use this command for an already recyclable volume to clear this flag.

nsrmm -o manual volume

Use this command to remove a media from becoming recyclable automatically.
This is a method to prevent NW from recycling/relabeling the volume
automatically.
Consequently, the volume must manually be relabeled by an administrator in
the future.

These 'mminfo -q' parameters should be used:
  manual recycle use 'manual'
  notrecyclable use '!volrecycle'
