Hi All,

I'm new to this forum and to legato in general so please bear with me...

I am working at a company that has an adic i2000 (since firmware update it's an 
i6000...at least that's what the quantum guy said...) and uses networker as 
their backup software.  Each week when I fill the jukebox, I have to label the 
new tapes with the backup date.  I use the GUI and select a range of tapes; 
then proceed to label them.  Without fail, networker will start to label the 
set and and one of the tape drives will get hung labeling the tape.  Sometimes 
if I unmount/mount the drive this will release the tape, but more often then 
not this condition will clear itself anywhere between .5 - 1.5 hours.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Networker Host - Solaris 10
Legato Version - 7.6.1

BTW - We also run retroscpect backups using the same juke and we have no 
problems on that side, so I don't think it's the box
