Let me make the question more concise:

How do I add the Celerra as a client in our Networker host? 

EVerytime I try to add the Control Station or even the CIFS, I get an "Error: 
Unable to ping" however I am able to ping the IP within the backup server 
(Windows 2k3)

Also, the docs that I'm referencing tell me to set up the TLU DIRECTLY to the 
Celerra, a task that we are unable to perform. I solely want the backups to 
transfer over our LAN.
