[Networker] Gluster file system?

Has anyone every attempted to use Networker to back up a Gluster file
system? I saw a brief discussion on this list in which someone asked a
similar question, but the conversation got immediately hijacked by
people who wanted to discuss the virtues of asynchronous duplication.
Anyone?
