I had the same problem with you. 

I found the answer.

searching menu, in Legato networker.  it is index.

seeing index used full.

you must be "remove oldest cycle"

cause by "File index error: XDR stream problem encounte" message.

that is index volume full used.

run "remove oldest cycle" and then backup start!

contact successful message...

This is good passes that I do not know
