This appears to look ok ... not exactly what I get, but close. The mount
directory just needs to match whatever is in config.js (vcb config).

Are you using VCB 1.5 or the prior release? (The messages about SOAP
requests don't seem to be present with 7.4.2 and vcb 1.5 here). 

Do you have data on your proxy leftover in e:\vcb\vmtest3-fullVM? (You
can also see the VCB snapshot event portion of the job in the VI
client/virtual center under cluster "Tasks & Events")...
