The automedia management is OFF

So, I label a tape and after 1 cycle (14Days) it will be RECYCL; when the 
networker went to load it in order to writing on it hangs?with the message :

nsrd: deleted media notice: Deleted volume: volid=?, volname=?, location=?
nsrd: Jukebox '?' failed: label write, No such device or address

so when I scann it?surprise?the volid on the tape is not the same for that 
barcode label in media database.
Plz help.
