Hi,
There is a way to tell networker that the jukebox is 8 slots and not 16.
I did the following on a 50 slot to downgrade it to 40.
Stop networker,
Edit nsrjb.res with wordpad, look for your jukebox name
Modify available slots: 1-49; to inable slots: 1-39;
Modify cleaning slots: 50; to cleaning slots: 40;
Modify physical slots: 1, 50; to physical slots: 1, 40;
with version 7.xx you'll need to do it with nsradmin.
nsradmin> show physical slots
nsradmin> print type: NSR jukebox;name:JB_03
physical slots: 1, 40;
nsradmin>
etc.
use update to update

Use the "help" command for help.

Hope you can resolve it this way.
