Subject: [Networker] EMC Support pet peeve

My biggest peeve with EMC Support right now is that when I call them and
say call me at number xyz -- they never seem to get the message to the
person making the call. I always have to check the primary phone for
the issue to see that they've called and call in again.

Am I the only one having this problem?
