All my backups run at night and if I am running a backup manually it is
during the day.  If it is a special run to get a full for a particular
client, then yes I would remove them from their regular group and the
manual group would then be scheduled.

Aren't you concerned about having a client's scheduled backup start  
while the unscheduled backup is in progress? On some platforms, this  
has little impact in performance, but on a heavily loaded Windows  
server with many frequently changing files, two backups running  
simultaneously can cause a substantial decrease in performance of  
whatever apps that client runs.
