This is roughly what you would get if you ran a consolidated backup - eg
it would do a level 1 and it would result in more savesets in the media
database but it would not have had to actually do a full backup.

I haven't really tried to use consolidated backups so I don't know if
they work like it says on the box. Maybe someone on the list has some
stories to tell..

 Perhaps you could run one then compare it to the previous full somehow
and delete the new saveset if it's identical...

other words, only run a level full if something has changed since the
