Yes, but I've never found an interface to it. The only things I can
think up to do this would be:
*) Find a barcode capable reader. Put the tape in (with no barcode) and
reinventory. The media database will update with no barcode.
*) Delete the volume from the database and scan the volume back in.
When recreated, it shouldn't put a barcode in place.
*) Hack around in the media database and null out the barcode.
The last obviously is not my initial recommendation for a production
database. But I might try it on a test server.
