No you can't.

For Unix it will always run as root, but of course there is nothing at
all to stop you from su-ing to any other user in the script.

For Windows it will run as the user that runs the NetWorker Remote Exec
service, by default this is the local system user. You would need to
ensure that your chosen user has sufficient privileges to execute the
commands required.
