them up in different groups and to different pools, otherwise volumes
with lots of recyclable save sets will not become recyclable because of

It marks tape
status as "recyc" but expiration date as per the backup server & therefore
does not recycle the tape.

Any Way out of this.

Oh dear Anuj, I fear you are becoming very confused. Please explain
further, since what you are suggesting does not make sense. If a volume
is recyclable, it will be recycled when required, provided that it is in
a jukebox and that it is not set to manual-recycle. No other paremeters
will prevent this from happening.
