If you don't have many pools, you can just mention them all but the one you
don't want. The query does not do an AND:
mminfo -q pool=Default,pool=Quarter,pool=full -r pool,volume
(just to do a quick check that you get all pools)
! works only in Boolean values, like !full, !volrecycle...
