Thanks for the suggestion.  I figured it out.  I needed to up the
parallelism on the server.  Once I did that, the jobs are humming now

Sorry Nate but I am guessing here so I don't have a definitive answer.
I'm pretty sure if you want to use all the drives in two separate
Jukeboxes, you have to use DDS (Dynamic Device Sharing)

  I have a question about running multiple libraries on the same
networker server.  I have 2 Overland AIT-2 libraries with 19 slots and 2
drives apiece.  I have them both configured on the same networker
server.  When I run jobs, sometimes they write to both changers,
sometimes they don't.  How can I make it so that they will write to all
4 drives?
