I haven't had the pleasure to play around with this kind of configuration
but your problem seems to be of a very general nature. You should ignore all
messages except the first one that states: Failed to login as the user
'dtc\marrivas':1314
This points at an an authorization problem. Using a bit of creative thinking
you can also find out what the problem is:

C:\>net helpmsg 1314

A required privilege is not held by the client.

This points at a problem with the user account being used.  I suggest that
you study the documentation to find the problem.
Just an idea, maybe you should use a local account with administrative
permissions.
