Re: [Networker] Access to Legato's eKB

Thanks for the reply. I did recently get access to the enkowledgebase but
it turns out the support person was reading an article that had not been
released to the public data structure yet. This led me to believe I was
using a limited or obsolete database.
I also appreciate that Legato employees participate in the list. You do
provide value to the list and I hope you're able to duck our flames. <g>

Subject: Access to Legato's eKB
David,
I saw your listserv posting on the "new" Legato technical
knowledgebase. In fact, it is now available to all customers with active
support contracts. All Legato support engineers use this KB regularly. Your
organization should have received an e-mail recently with the details of
accessing "eKnowledgeBase", along with the login information.
Sorry I don't have your contract information immediately available,
but please contact your salesperson again to have them provide details for
your access. Please feel free to provide me with any feedback on the
content or interface to eKnowledgeBase
Regards,
Emil
