There's a whole chapter on that (with step-by-step cookbook) in the user
documentation.

On my Solstice Backup 5.1 (sorry, that's what I've got) it starts on page
54 of the Administrator Guide and is titled "How to Move Your Backup Server
License to a Different Machine".
