Try adding a blank file called NO_SUPPRESS in the /nsr/debug directory (or,
if windows, %SystemDrive%\Program Files\nsr\debug\NO_SUPPRESS) The
suppression of some messages was introduced right around 6.1, not exactly
sure when. After you make the change, restart your daemons/services. If
this does not fix your issue, it may be that you need a patch (new nsrd
binary, I believe). I just can't remember if 6.1 included that or not. If
need be, talk to support about LGTpa32734 I know that 6.2 nsrd recognizes
the variable, not sure of earlier versions.
Excerpt from 6.2 release notes:
Output and Logging Suppressed for savegrp Command (LGTpa32734)
In some cases, the NetWorker savegrp command output and logging might be
suppressed, and the following message logged:
Error: savegroup: suppressed X lines of output
If you encounter this problem and you want to have all output logged,
create the
following empty file on the NetWorker server:
%SystemDrive%\Program Files\nsr\debug\NO_SUPPRESS
Cheers
