Hello Tom,

I am still waiting for your FLA so that I can add your code.  I find it
strange that Universities who are supposed to more or less in the public
service are by far the hardest institutions to get them to sign
something as simple as an FLA.  At Berkeley, they simply gave away most
of the code they wrote under the famous BSD licenses.
