The 'Storage' section of bacula-dir.conf does not call out individual
devices, just storage daemons. You should have the Storage device
concurrency set both in bacula-sd.conf and bacula-dir.conf, but, for the
sake of constructive paranoia, I believe you also want to play safe and
set it in each individual Device section in bacula-sd.conf as well.
