Nothing, I wrote the same password in both files but when I try to connect the same error appear. I do a “telnet 10.128.50.8 9102” and the PC is listening in this port. Any other help?

The password on the bacula-dir.conf on the server in the client section and the password on the windows client C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Bacula\bacula-fd.conf in the first director section

another thing that may cause it: you should make sure that the server name is appear correctly (case sensitive)
