My thoughts too!
HOW can that happen in a VTL? Unless there is real physical damage?
I'd sure check the back end for any warning lights/alerts/logs.

The 1st thing I'd do is get a call logged with your vtl vendor. You need to
find out if this corruption is more widespread.
