Please ignore my response/message having to do with Administrator accounts.
I was responding to another, user message and somehow crossed with my
response, here (gmail hiccup? PEBKAC)

We have a policy to expire admin accounts every 90-days - it has nothing to
do with function/capability. Unfortunately, since some users/admins don't
sign in but every once-in-a-while, they forget their passwords. Also, some
admins have multiple accounts across multiple TSM servers, based on what
they administer.
